Ingredients per serving (9 g): reduced-fat cocoa powder, coconut milk powder (coconut milk, glucose syrup), maca powder (1000 mg), inulin, Indian asparagus extract (Asparagus racemosus) (750 mg), thickener (gum arabic), salt, lemon balm extract (250 mg), chasteberry extract (250 mg), cinnamon, nettle leaf extract (200 mg), ashwagandha extract (200 mg), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia).
Allergy advice: Contains coconut. Processed in an environment where nuts and seeds are also processed.
How do you prepare a delicious Hormony?
Put 2 teaspoons of Hormony powder (9g) in a cup.
Add 250 ml of boiled plant-based milk or water.
Stir well until all the powder has dissolved.
1 serving per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Hormony contains ashwagandha and chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus): according to reports from health authorities, some people may be sensitive to these herbs. Do not use this product if you have liver or thyroid problems or in combination with hormonal or dopaminergic medication, unless your doctor advises it. Also do not use if you are trying to become pregnant. Not suitable for children under 12 years; if you are under 18, consult your doctor first. If you take the contraceptive pill, antidepressants or medication that suppresses your immune system, or if you have glaucoma, consult your doctor first. Hormony may cause drowsiness; take this into account if you need to drive afterwards.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place. Consume within a few hours after mixing with water or other food.
