mg), inulin, shatavari extract (asparagus racemosus)(750 mg), gum arabic, salt,
lemon balm extract (250 mg), chaste tree extract (chaste tree)(250 mg), cinnamon,
nettle extract (200 mg), ashwagandha extract (200 mg), stevia.

How do you prepare a delicious Hormony?
Put 2 teaspoons of Hormony powder (9g) in a cup.
Add 250 ml of boiled plant-based milk or water.
Stir well until all the powder has dissolved.
Tips: 
Add a little Gold powder.
