How do you make a Complete shake?
Add 400ml of cold water to your shaker.
Add 1 scoop of Complete (50g).
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Red Juice contains 300g and is therefore good for 60 portions.

How do you make Red Juice?
Add 150ml of cold water to your shaker.
Add 1 teaspoon of Red Juice (5g) and shake well for 10 seconds.
Add another 100ml of cold water and shake well again.
Expert Tips:
Mix (5 g) with your daily Nutrifoodz® Complete shake
Add ice cubes and drink it nice and cold

Save: Store in a cool, dry place. After mixing with water or milk, consume Red Juice within a few hours.

How to prepare the perfect Greens Detox?
Add 1 teaspoon of Greens (5 grams) to your shaker.
Add 150ml of water to this.
Shake well.
Add another 100ml of water and then shake for a few more seconds.

Tips:
Mix 5 grams with the Complete shake.
Add ice cubes for an extra fresh and cooling result.
