How do you prepare Nutrifoodz Gold?
Scoop 1 teaspoon of Gold (5g) into a cup.
Add 200ml of boiled water.
Stir… And done!

Tips:

How do you prepare the perfect Greens Detox?
Add 1 teaspoon of Greens (5 grams) to your shaker.
Add 150ml of water to it.
Shake well.
Add another 100ml of water and shake for a few more seconds. 
And you're done!
Tips: 
Mix 5 grams with the Complete shake.
Add ice cubes for an extra fresh and cooling result.

Red Juice 

Red Juice contains 300g and is therefore enough for 60 servings.

Ingredients per serving (5 g): inulin (1210 mg), acids (citric acid), strawberry fruit powder (500 mg), Cordyceps Sinensis extract (500 mg), beetroot juice powder (500 mg), natural flavours, guarana extract (400 mg, of which caffeine 40 mg), Siberian ginseng extract (300 mg), blueberry powder (250 mg), Lion’s Mane extract (hericium erinaceus) (250 mg), rhodiola extract (100 mg), sweetener (steviol glycosides from the stevia plant), açai fruit extract powder (20 mg)

How do you make Red Juice?
Add 150ml of cold water to your shaker.
Add 1 teaspoon of Red Juice (5g) and shake well for 10 seconds.
Add another 100ml of cold water and shake well again.

Add ice cubes and drink nicely chilled
